General description of the service

The Doku App is a web-based software solution for the digital documentation of customer, treatment, hygiene and consent data, intended for beauty studios, lash stylists, permanent make-up studios and foot care businesses. It is used online through the web application at https://app.glimpii-doku.com.

How the service is delivered

After registering, users gain access to the Doku App. The software supports the digital capture, management and archiving of customer and treatment data, the creation of consent forms, anamnesis sheets and PDF documentation, and the administration of staff and customer records. It is used through a web browser for the duration of the contract.

Conformance status

We are committed to digital accessibility and aim to design our website so that it is fully accessible to everyone. We are therefore working continuously towards full implementation of the requirements of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) and its implementing ordinance (BFSGV).

Our website implements the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) as follows:

  • semantic page structure with a declared page language and a consistent heading hierarchy
  • keyboard operability, including a skip link to the main content
  • text alternatives for controls without a visible label
  • light and dark presentation, and respect for the "reduce motion" system setting
  • responsive layout supporting magnification without loss of content

These statements are based on a self-assessment; no review by an independent body has taken place to date. Individual areas have not yet been conclusively tested against WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We improve them on an ongoing basis and welcome reports of barriers through the contact details below.
